The company currently produces two grades of flour (the highest and first grades), semolina and crushed wheat groats. Another direction of production is the production of granular crumbs and loose feed mixture. The quality of the produced flour (organoleptic, humidity, grinding fineness, ash content) is regulated by the standards O'ZDST 1313:2009 and O'zdst 1104:2011, which are adapted to the consumed grain of soft wheat of local varieties. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of flour is determined by GOST 26791-89 and O'ZDST 1722:2010.
Quality management of feed products is carried out: according to feed mixtures, technical specifications of TU TShUz 8-95-2012. Each batch of feed mixtures is made according to a recipe calculated according to an optimization program on a computer transmitted from the VC AK.
