The Uzbek Stock Exchange held an open auction for flour for the first time
For the first time, open flour auctions were held on the Uzbek stock exchange.
On June 1, the first open exchange trading of flour products took place at the Uzbek Commodity Exchange.
According to the exchange, today 44 enterprises of Uzdonmakhsulot JSC have put 10.0 thousand tons of Grade 1 flour on the exchange and sold 8.3 thousand tons or 83% of them.
The volume of unrealized flour at the exchange trading amounted to about 1.7 thousand tons. In other words, there was enough supply on the flour market.
According to the results of exchange trading, the average price of grade 1 flour was 4.5 million soums per ton.
The price of flour on the stock exchange increased by 6% compared to its starting price (4.2 million soums).

In total, 2,822 buyers took part in the flour exchanges, including 56 bakeries in Tashkent. In total, these enterprises purchased 874 tons of Grade 1 flour on the stock exchange.
It should be noted that since June 1, the state began to buy grain at market prices.
